This Covina Hills cul de sac seldom has a home for sale. Well guess what, now it does...and with approximately $100,000 in remodeling done in the past year, it is now turn key and ready just for you. With the quality work done, it is now light and bright with a big family kitchen feel to it. This home features excellent curb appeal, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a formal dining room, a living room with a front picture window, a family room with a floor to ceiling brick fireplace, a breakfast nook and bar, a light bright kitchen, indoor laundry off the kitchen, a convenient half bath off of the kitchen, a full bathroom in the hall to service the three spacious bright and airy secondary bedrooms, a primary bedroom with a three quarter bathroom, a sliding door off the master bedroom leading outside to a back yard deck...and a priceless panoramic view of Covina Hills. A large patio area with redwood cover to spend those wonderful evenings and days with family and friends. The back slope could be converted to additional backyard usage by adding a deck over the back slope. The property also possesses a cement driveway, a two-car detached garage, a nice side yard on the west side of the property. And of course, the home has central air and heat and spacious closets and cabinets for storage. And another important point...Charter Oak Schools!!
